Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)
For most single-bay production sheds, PEB is the right choice — factory-fabricated steel columns and trusses go up 30–40% faster than cast-in-place RCC, sit on lighter foundations, and give you unobstructed floor plates for machinery. We size the steel schedule against your equipment loads, insulate the roof and cladding for Hyderabad's peak summer, and detail everything to IS 800 / IS 875.

RCC Factory Buildings
Where the process needs multi-storey construction — office-cum-factory blocks, heavy-vibration equipment mounts, or fire-rated compartments — RCC is the durable choice. Our RCC framing uses grade-checked cement and reinforcement steel, cast-in-place slabs, and independently verified pours. Structural fire compartmentation is built in where the process demands it.

Utilities, Fire Safety & MEP
A factory shell without utilities is unusable. We integrate MEP from day one — electrical distribution, water supply, effluent treatment (ETP) and sewage treatment (STP) plants, compressed air lines, chilled water, fire sprinkler and hydrant systems, CCTV and access control. Every install is sized, tested, and handed over with a labelled schematic.

Statutory Compliance & Handover
Industrial land carries a stack of clearances — GHMC or HMDA plan sanction, TSPCB consent for water and air, Factories Act registration, Fire NOC, occupancy certificate. We coordinate the applications through the build, and every approval goes into the handover pack alongside as-built drawings and MEP schematics, so audits and expansions later run clean.
