Site Development & Levelling
Industrial estates rarely arrive as level, ready-to-build land. We handle bulk earthwork end-to-end — cut and fill balancing, sub-grade preparation, moisture control, and layered compaction with field-density and OMC tests at every layer. Terrain around Hyderabad's outer corridors is rocky and undulating; done right, this stage prevents the settlement and drainage issues that plague under-prepared industrial sites years later.

Internal Roads & Drainage
Once the ground is prepared, internal roads and storm drainage go in together — because retrofitting drainage under a laid road is expensive and disruptive. BT surfacing works for lighter traffic, RCC for heavy-vehicle industrial estates. Kerbs, camber, and side-drains are laid to a documented drawing so future utility work knows exactly where the cover slabs and expansion joints sit.

Water Supply & Effluent Treatment
Industrial estates need reliable water — for process, for domestic use, for fire safety — and reliable treatment for the water they discharge. We drill borewells against a proper hydrogeological assessment, size overhead and underground tanks against your process load, and integrate ETP / STP where the process demands. Distribution pipework is laid alongside power and telecom conduits in a documented utility corridor.

Boundary, Security & Access
Perimeter is often the first thing a client wants and the last thing to get built well. Our RCC-framed boundary walls follow IS specifications for framing and reinforcement, are weatherproofed against Telangana monsoons, and are cast with proper foundations rather than just plinth strips. Gates, security cabins, boom barriers, and access control complete the enclosure.

Utility Corridors & Documentation
Every underground service — power, water, gas, telecom — is laid in a defined corridor with proper depth, warning tape, and cover slabs where crossings happen. Every route is recorded on as-built drawings so future excavation doesn't hit a live cable or cut into a water main. The handover pack ties survey reports, formation tests, and as-builts into one document set.
