Civil Engineer – Full-time

About the Role

Kamala Infra is hiring a skilled Civil Engineer to lead and manage construction projects end-to-end. You will be responsible for planning, execution, and quality assurance across our residential, commercial, and industrial projects — working closely with architects, consultants, and on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution from survey to handover
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Prepare and review structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce quality and safety standards
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and government authorities
• Track project budgets, identify cost overruns, and suggest corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and sustainability norms

Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred)
• 2 – 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or similar tools
• Sound knowledge of RCC, masonry, and finishing work
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and Telugu; Hindi is an advantage
