Civil Engineer – Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer / Contractor to manage and execute construction activities for our hydroponic farm setups. The role involves working across multiple project sites and ensuring smooth execution from pre-construction to completion.

What You'll Do

• Handle site execution for hydroponic infrastructure projects
• Manage pre-site planning and preparation
• Supervise civil construction activities (foundations, structures, layouts)
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure timely project completion and quality standards
• Handle multiple sites simultaneously
• Provide on-site problem solving and technical direction

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 2–3 years of site experience (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and site management
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently
• Good communication and coordination skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in agriculture infrastructure, greenhouse, or hydroponics projects
• Exposure to project management and vendor handling
