Alignment, formation,
surfacing — done right.
Kamala Infra builds roads and canals across Telangana — internal estate roads inside industrial parks and gated communities around Hyderabad, BT and RCC carriageways for larger estates, and lined irrigation canals for farm projects in Nizamabad, Warangal, and the Krishna–Godavari belts. Every project is surveyed, designed to IRC/CPWD specs, and executed with layer-by-layer quality control.
Survey, Alignment & Design
A road or canal is only as good as its alignment. Before a single load of earth moves, we do full topographic surveys, level networks, and traffic or discharge studies so the alignment sits right on the ground — not just on paper. For Telangana's undulating terrain around Hyderabad's outskirts, this is where most projects go wrong when skipped.
Talk to Our Team- Total-station and drone topographic surveys
- Longitudinal and cross-section drawings
- Traffic volume study for road categorisation
- Hydraulic discharge study for canals
- IRC and CPWD-compliant geometric design
- Land alignment and setback drawings
Earthwork, Sub-grade & Formation
The formation is the invisible half of the job — cut, fill, sub-grade preparation, and layered compaction with density checks at every layer. Whether it's an internal estate road inside a Telangana industrial park or a lined irrigation canal cutting through farmland, the formation gets built and tested to MoRTH / CPWD specs before any surface layer goes on top.
Talk to Our Team- Bulk earthwork with cut-and-fill balancing
- Sub-grade preparation and moisture control
- Layered compaction with FDD/OMC tests
- Sub-base and base course laying (GSB, WBM, WMM)
- Slope stabilisation and retaining walls
- Culvert and cross-drainage integration
BT & Concrete Carriageway
Surface selection depends on the traffic mix. For most estate and access roads across Telangana we use bituminous (BT) surfacing — economic and easy to maintain. For heavy-vehicle industrial internal roads, RCC pavements are the durable choice. Both get finished with kerbs, drainage, and lane markings so the road actually looks like a road, not just a strip of tar.
Talk to Our Team- Prime coat, tack coat, and dense bituminous macadam
- RCC pavement with dowel bars and expansion joints
- Kerb, footpath, and side-drain construction
- Speed breakers, lane markings, and signage
- Street lighting layout and duct provisioning
- Warranty on surfacing and defect-liability period
Irrigation Canals & Water Channels
Kamala Infra builds irrigation canals — lined and unlined — along with distributaries, minors, and field channels for farm estates and rural projects across Telangana. Concrete or brick lining reduces seepage losses that can wipe out 30–40% of released water. We handle bed preparation, lining, cross-drainage works, and structures like head regulators and drops end-to-end.
Talk to Our Team- Trapezoidal and rectangular canal sections
- In-situ RCC and precast concrete lining
- Brick masonry lining for farm distributaries
- Head regulators, cross-regulators, and drops
- Culverts, aqueducts, and syphons
- Silt ejectors and de-siltation chambers
Cross-Drainage & Rural Connectivity
Rural connectivity works in Telangana — approach roads to farmland, causeways over local streams, and cross-drainage on state and panchayat roads — need a mix of small-span structures and drainage design that survives monsoon flows. We handle box culverts, pipe culverts, submersible causeways, and the approach earthwork that ties them into the surrounding network.
Talk to Our Team- RCC box culverts and hume pipe culverts
- Submersible causeways with vented crossings
- Approach road earthwork and pitching
- Slope pitching, apron, and toe protection
- As-built drawings for departmental handover
- Coordination with R&B, panchayat, and irrigation authorities
