HomePrivacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Kamala Infra collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website or contact us through it.

01

Introduction

Kamala Infra ("Kamala Infra", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us through the website located at kamalainfra.in (the "Website").

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, the choices available to you, and how we protect it. It applies to information collected through the Website and does not cover data collected offline or through separate project contracts.

02

Information We Collect

Contact form submissions — When you fill out an enquiry, survey request, or careers application on the Website, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, project or role details, and any free-text notes you share.

Automatically collected data — Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical information such as your device type, browser, IP address, referring page, and general location (at city level). This is used to keep the Website secure and to understand how visitors navigate it.

Cookies and similar technologies — The Website uses cookies to remember preferences, measure visitor traffic, and track advertising performance. See Section 05 for details.

03

How We Use Your Information

To respond to your enquiries — When you submit a contact or survey form, we use your details to reply to your project enquiry, arrange a site visit, or share a quote.

To manage recruiting — When you apply for a role, we use your details to review your application and communicate with you about the position.

To improve the Website — Aggregated, anonymised traffic data helps us understand which content is useful and how to improve navigation.

To comply with law — We may use or disclose information where required to comply with applicable Indian laws, regulations, court orders, or lawful requests from government authorities.

04

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the following categories of trusted parties:

Customer relationship platform — Contact form submissions are forwarded to our CRM (Bitrix24) so our team can respond and track the enquiry through delivery. Bitrix24 processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy commitments.

Advertising platforms — When you complete a form we may transmit anonymised conversion signals to Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This does not include your personal contact details.

Service providers — We may engage hosting, analytics, or communication providers who process data on our behalf. They are contractually required to keep your data confidential and use it only for the services we have engaged them for.

Legal recipients — Where required by law, we may share information with regulators, law-enforcement agencies, or courts.

05

Cookies & Tracking

Essential cookies keep the Website working — for example, remembering that you have submitted a form so we don't show the same prompt twice.

Analytics and advertising cookies help us measure Website traffic and advertising performance. These include Google Ads conversion tracking, which fires when a form is submitted so we can measure how many enquiries came from an ad campaign.

Your browser lets you refuse or delete cookies at any time. Blocking non-essential cookies will not stop you using the Website, but some features (such as remembering that you have already submitted a form) may not work.

06

Your Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to: (a) access the personal information we hold about you; (b) request that inaccurate or outdated information be corrected; (c) request that your personal information be erased where we no longer have a legitimate reason to keep it; (d) withdraw consent for future processing, which will not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out; and (e) file a grievance with the Data Protection Board of India.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 11.

07

Data Retention

We keep enquiry and application data only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, deliver the project, meet legal and tax obligations, or defend legal claims — whichever is longest.

Anonymised, aggregated analytics data may be kept indefinitely because it no longer identifies you.

08

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information you share with us — including transport-level encryption (HTTPS) on the Website, access controls on our CRM, and staff training on data handling. However, no method of transmission over the internet or storage is entirely secure. If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in significant risk to you, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities in accordance with the DPDP Act.

09

Children's Privacy

The Website is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or applicable law. The revised policy will take effect from the date it is posted on this page. If we make material changes we will highlight them clearly at the top of the page.
